I travelled from girona to newcastle by Rayan Air on the 20th of oct 2008. as I was bording the plane I was given an option to leave one of my two hand luggage or not board the plane for which I had only a split second to decide. so I left one luggage back for a colligue of mine to collect at a later time, but as a valuable I also left my new 8 gig nokia mobile phone too. when my bag was collected the following day my phone was missing.
I am totally discusted by the airport staff who could treat their customers with such demeaning attitude who forget where their sallary comes from and with no respect to their alders who allowed and prepared them to live their life in such comfort, to top it up employing people who will take your goods without your concent ie thieves is totally dispicible and without any integraty.

hello, i am Kamyar jahanshahi i lost my bag in Barcelona on 24 sep 2008 airport and i gave report to police station.i called there many times but i did not get good reponse. i have report letter from police station 650396/2008
