I would like to express my insatisfaction with Avis. We rented a car from Avis in Barcelona. All went well until I get an additional bill charging us an extra day rental for bringing the car at 11h00 instead of 10h00. I find this ridiculous seeing that it was morning and not late afternoon or evening. There are plenty of car-rental company that don`t charge for being late especially in the morning. I will never rent with Avis again.
