Ryanair move you around Europe for less than a local train ticket. Follow their rules and your happy. I fly weekly with them. They have revolutionised my life & business. If you want BA pay for it! If you fill up your car and dont take the journey you dont go back to the garage for a refund!

i bought a flight from girona to bremen and they send me to altenburg saying that i could get a flight from there to bremen, and there didinthappened so i had to pay more money to get from altenburg ro bremen by train and it took me for ever to get home. which i think ryanair should repay me for messing up my flight. does anyone know what number or fax i can call or write in order to fix this?

The reason they can afford to be so cheap is that they dont have many offices agents or customer care agents etc etc...thats why they make you pay through the teeth for the few that they have....so they can afford to let you save on flights

Because they are so cheap they do try to get money out of you in other ways. Extra hidden charges are their speciality. You even have to pay for...paying. On the plus side, they are punctual. As the previous customer stated - you get what you pay for. If you can afford to fly BA, then fly BA.

I am self employed and travel regularly all over all Europe. I use Ryan Air constantly because they are the cheapest means of travel, and I've never been disappointed. Never delighted but never disappointed. You know precisely what you'll get (transport from A to B and nothing whatever more), they're usually on time, the aircraft are always new, they have an excellent safety record. Don't expect the "little extra" - you get precisely what you pay for: nothing more, nothing less. That's all I want.

NEVER NEVER USE RYANAIR. THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST UNHELPFUL COMPANIES THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
