The Sarfa Bus company runs a limited service from Lloret de Mar to Girona Airport. The bus runs every 2-3 hours, and it takes 35 minutes. Tickets can be bought from Lloret de Mar station. The timetable is the same 7 days a week, and the times are as follows.

From Lloret de Mar to Girona Airport by car
The journey will take you in about 30 minutes depending on congestion in the road. On leaving Lloret de Mar, follow the signs to the AP7 motorway towards France. You´ll reach a toll booth where you´ll take a ticket (you´ll have to pay around 2 euro at the next booth) After the first booth take the road leading to Girona airport, which will take you to the AP7 motorway. It´s the next one after the Novotel hotel exit. Drive for 10-15 minutes and take exit number 7, which says Girona Airport (exit is ´salida´or ´sortida´). After this you´ll pass various roundabouts; follow the signs saying Girona Airport.

The approximate cost to take a taxi from Lloret de Mar center to Girona airport is about 45 to 50 euros to your final destination. We recomend you to choose this method if you are 4 people or if you do not want to wait to long for the next bus and always to ask in advance to the taxi driver for an approximate cost.
