I'm not sure, if the plane will come to Girona Airport punctual. So, are there any possibilities to get to Barcelona Airport after midnight? Because i have a plane from Barcelona Airport to Sevilla in the morning.

There is a 5 times daily express bus transfer to France from Girona with FROGBUS.com. Fares are from €5 each way and there are stops at Le Boulou & Perpignan train station. Check the timetable and book on line at www.frogbus.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the bus ticket office in the Bus Park at Girona airport (same ticket office that sells Barcelona Bus tickets)
